Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier availability. Exact estimates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free — the current threshold is configurable and shown in your cart.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track its status anytime via the Track Order page using your order number and phone/email.
Delivery Issues
If your delivery is delayed or an item arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or the Contact page.
Return & Refund
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
- Original invoice must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order items, and products with signs of installation or use, are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Process
Once a returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 7–10 business days.
Defective Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or repair under warranty terms.
